Delete Your Monjjez Account

هذه الصفحة الرسمية لطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من تطبيق منجز (Monjjez)، تطبيق التحضير للامتحانات للطلاب السودانيين، المنشور على Google Play باسم المطور Monjjez.

الطريقة الأولى: الحذف من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق منجز وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
  2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات.
  3. اختر حذف الحساب.
  4. أكّد طلب الحذف.

الطريقة الثانية: الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني (بدون التطبيق)

إذا حذفت التطبيق من جهازك أو لا تستطيع الوصول إليه، أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب» من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، وسننفّذ الحذف ونؤكد لك خلال 7 أيام عمل كحد أقصى.

ماذا يحدث لبياناتك؟

إحصاءات مجهولة الهوية: اسم المدرسة، المنطقة، إحصاءات تعلّم ولعب مجمّعة غير قابلة للربط بك تُحتفظ لأغراض التحليل والبحث التعليمي فقط دائم — بعد فصلها نهائياً عن هويتك
فترة السماح (30 يوماً): تحميك من الحذف بالخطأ. إذا غيّرت رأيك خلالها، راسلنا على [email protected] ونستعيد حسابك كاملاً. بعد انقضائها لا يمكن استعادة أي شيء.

This is the official page for requesting deletion of your account and associated data from Monjjez (منجز), the exam-preparation app for Sudanese students, published on Google Play by the developer Monjjez.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Monjjez app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Option 2: Delete by email (without the app)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account. We will process the deletion and confirm within a maximum of 7 business days.

What happens to your data

30-day grace period: protects you against accidental deletion. If you change your mind during this window, contact us at [email protected] and we will fully restore your account. After the grace period, nothing can be recovered.
